Did you miss me at a show? OR did you purchase yarn and would like more? Custom dyed yarns and kits are available to order through my online store. If you are ordering yarn, check out the color ways page to see what colors are available. And if you do not see the color, or the yarn you would like, please email me. I will get back to you as soon as I can, usually the same day, and we can figure out what you would like to order.
Please be aware that when you place an order through the store, your credit card will be charged right away. Generally, in-stock orders are processed and on their way to you within 48 hours. However, if I do not have your color in stock, it will take about two weeks to dye the yarn and have it ready to ship to you. Also, if we are away at a show, (please check the show schedule) allow at least a week after the show for us to ship out to you (or begin the dye process). In stock items, shipped standard shipping, should reach you within 5-14 days anywhere in the U.S. For any item that is not in stock, please allow up to six weeks. Please e-mail (this way is best), or call me at 802-649-5420 anytime after 7am and before 8pm EST, and I will gladly assist you in tracking the order.
Residents of the state of Vermont will be charged 6% sales tax calculated on the total of the order. Residents of all other states are responsible for paying any applicable local sales tax.
I want you to be satisfied with everything you buy from me. If my products do not please you for any reason, please contact me and we will work something out. However, once a skein of yarn has left here we no longer have control of how it is stored, so please do not ask us to take back yarn that you have wound into a ball, reskeined, or have had for longer than one month. If you are unsure of a colorway, please ask, I will send you a sample before shipping the skein of yarn.
Kits that contain patterns are not returnable.
